Notes for MARY "POLLY" SWAN:

At the age of 22, Polly became the 3rd wife of Frederick Haymaker. Reverend William Swan, a minister of the Long Run Church, resided in Westmoreland County and could be Polly's father or uncle. However, Frederick Haymaker's will mentions a James Swan and notes what Mary was one of his heirs. Was James Swan her father or brother? In the 1860 census, Polly is shown as living with her sons Henry and Frances in Warren, Trumbull Co, OH.
