Pauline Munn 1
General Notes: In 1927 Pauline Munn made her debut at the Ritz-Carlton in Paris, as well as parties in New York, Philadelphia and Palm Beach. In Paris the Munns gave an intimate dinner for 500 where their daughter wore a 'white robe de style with a belt of red roses hanging around her waist.' She married an American and lived in Paris. She was interred in the same Paris cemetery where her mother would be buried beside her twenty years later. In her father's will, he bequeathed $20,000 to the American Hospital in Paris, to endow a room in memory of his daughter. |
