General Notes: DAVID H. GOLDSBERRY, 78, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, at home. Born April 21, 1930, in Akron, Ohio, he was raised in Edgerton, Ohio. He was one of the founding members of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy; was a home builder and co-owner of Snouffer Goldsberry Homes and Goldsberry Homes; and member of the Home Builders Association. Surviving are children, Greg (Elaine) Goldsberry of Fort Wayne and Laura (Steve) Goldsberry-Pettitt of Tucson, Ariz.; brother, Charles Fredrick Goldsberry of California; and two grandchildren, Nic Goldsberry of Columbus, Ohio and Dr. Melissa Goldsberry of Louisville, Ky. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Goldsberry. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Ave., with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church for Open Arms Church. Arrangements by Midwest Cremation Society. David married Doris M. Barrett, daughter of Harold V. Barrett and Leona Mae Hicks, on 15 Jun 1953 in Williams County, Ohio, USA.1 (Doris M.
