Eli Phillips ¹

  General Notes:

The Eli Phillips family lived on the south side of the crest of the Blue Ridge Mountains, known as the Jobs Cabin Township in Wilkes County, NC. The majority of Phillips families lived in the Summit Community in the Jobs Cabin Township. Phillips families also populated adjoining Pine Swamp and Obids Townships in Ashe County, NC, and have close ties to Blue Ridge Baptist Church located along the Blue Ridge Parkway near Phillips Gap in Ashe County, NC.
