Names his wife Esther; sons Samuel, Thomas and Beriah "in case he is living"; daughters Abigail Crapo (wife of Seth), Rebecca Hillar and Sarah King (wife of Consider); grandson John Palmer; granddaughter Hannah Hammet. Grandson Amaziah received "one Dollar which is what I intended to give his father..." Son Samuel was named as sole executor. Inventory taken 21 Feb 1775.
