Goodale, Frank B., of Aliso Viejo, California, previoudly of Huntington Beach, CA, passed away July 25, 2012 at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo at age 82.
Frank was born in Terre Haute, Indiana to Charles DeLoss and Barbara Wagner Goodale. With a degree from Wesleyan he moved west to work in the aerospace industry while raising two children with his first wife. In the early 70's he met and married Doris Jean Hays in Redondo Beach and her two daughters were added to his family. Frank was a Commodore for the Alamitos Power Squadron and he also designed and assembled his own electric truck.
Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years, Doris, and her daughters; Linda (Stan) Collins, grandson Christopher and Karen (Allan) White, granddaughter Kassie; from his first marriage, his son, Frank (Donna) Goodale, grandson Nathaniel; and daughter Elizabeth (Tom) Cooper, granddaughter Kati; and his sister Peg (Ralph) McDowell. He was preceded in death by his brothers Chuck and Paul (Linda - still living).
Per his wishes, Frank's ashes were scattered to the sea he so enjoyed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to .
