General Notes: Hildegarde of Burgundy (c.?1056\endash 1104) was a French noble,[1] Duchess consort of Gascony and Aquitaine by marriage to William VIII, Duke of Aquitaine. Hildegarde married Guy-Geoffrey "William VIII" VIII, Duke of Aquitaine, son of William V, Duke of Aquitaine and Agnes of Burgundy Duchess of Aquitaine and Countess of Anjou. (Guy-Geoffrey "William VIII" VIII, Duke of Aquitaine was born about 1025 and died on 25 Sep 1086 in Chizé, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.) |
