Janet S. Dotterer, 84, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at the Brethren Home at Crosskeys. She was the wife of the late Stanley S. Dotterer and the former wife of the late Walton D. Emig. Janet was born on June 20, 1923 in York, a daughter of the late George and Purdon (Trimmer) Stough. She retired from AMP and was a member of the Church of the Brethren. The service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Janet is survived by a son, Peter Emig of York; two daughters, Jane Emig of Wellsville and Susan Feree of York; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Schmidt of York.
