Rachel married Spencer B. Parker, son of Jeremiah "Jerry" Parker and Sarah "Sally" Jennings. (Spencer B. Parker was born 1855 or 1859 in MS and died on 17 May 1930 in Near Oak Grove, West Carroll Parish, LA.)
