Moses Kinne ¹

  General Notes:

Moses Kinne was the son of Thomas Kinne II and Martha Cox Kinne. He married Abigail Reed, and had at thirteen children, one of whom was Cyrus Kinne, Esq., progenitor of the Central New York branch of the Kinne line.

According to other Kinne genealogists, local Voluntown, Connecticut belief is that the two field stones near son Abel's marker in Voluntown mark the resting places of Moses and Abigail, but there is no conclusive evidence to this effect. ²
