He was born Jan. 5, 1946 in Richmond, Ind.
Mr. Leas was a long time member of the Presbyterian Church. He is a Navy veteran and a member and past commander of the American Legion Post #1.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 27, at Showalter-Blackwell-Long Funeral Home, Baker Fosdick Chapel, Liberty, Ind. Burial will follow in West Point Cemetery, in Liberty.
