I Saw Some Strange Things Yesterday
Dead bat on the sidewalk and a dead rabbit in my tree

While walking on the sidewalk on the 500 block of North Broadway Street I saw this dead bat
The only thing I can come up with is that a hawk scooped up this rabbit, perched in my tree, ate what he wanted and then let the rabbit carcass plummet toward the ground where it got caught on this branch.
