General Notes: Waldrada (also Vuldetrada) (531572), widow (firstly) of Theudebald, King of Austrasia (ruled 548\endash 555), reputed mistress (secondly) of Chlothar I, King of the Franks (ruled until 561), was the daughter of Wacho, King of the Lombards (ruled ca. 510\endash 539) and his second wife called Austrigusa or Ostrogotha, a Gepid. Waldrada married Theudebald Merovingian King of Austrasia, son of Theudebert Merovingian King of the Franks at Reims and Deuteria and Unknown. (Theudebald Merovingian King of Austrasia was born in 535 in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and died in 555 in Austrasia, France.) Waldrada next had a relationship with Chlothar I, King of the Franks, son of Clovis "Chlodwig" Mérovingiens I the Great, King of the Franks and Chlotilde of Burgundy. (Chlothar I, King of the Franks was born about 497 in Soissons, Aisne, France and died on 23 Nov 561 in Compiègne, Oise, France.) Marriage Notes:
