The 1910 Census lists William's birth year as 1872, but Mike Milliken and the web page, Milliken Family of Juniata Co, PA show his birth date at 11 Apr 1855. Mr. Milliken subsequently provided me with a copy of Williams birth notice and it clearly says, April 11, 1855.

Services at the family residence, 5515 Second ave., Glenwood, on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 8 p.m. Past master of Lamberton lodge No. 371, F. & A.M., of Thompsontown, Juniata county, Pa. Friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend. Funeral in charge of Joppa lodge No. 608, F. & A. M., on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. ^{1 2}
