Will-K-56 dtd 28 Dec 1798 probated 6 Jun 1799 bequeaths estate to father (John) and mother (Hannah) and named brothers and sisters in equal shares, except following deaths of parents, brothers & sisters to inherit equal shares Samuel given privildge of buying plantation for 300 lbs, but if he declined, it was to be sold at private or public seail(sic) by executors, John & Samuel.
