  General Notes:

Mary was born in England and was the daughter of Thomas Canfield. She most likely came to America with her family. She married Edward Camp first; they lived in New Haven area until his death. She then moved to Milford where her family lived; there she married John Lane on 4 April 1660, and lived with him until his death in 1669. John Lane in his will mentioned Mary's children: Samuel Camp, Edward Camp Jr., Mary (Camp) Briscoe and Mercy (Camp) Baldwin. (Daughter Sarah had already died.)

Mary married Edward Camp. (Edward Camp was born in 1617 in Herefordshire Unitary Authority, Herefordshire, England, died in Sep 1659 in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA and was buried in Center Church on the Green Churchyard, New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA.)

Mary next married John Lane. (John Lane was born in 1603 in Northamptonshire, England, died in 1669 in Charlestown, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA and was buried in Milford Cemetery, Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA.)
