RUTH LEAS
Ruth R. Leas, 70, resident of the Minn-Lynn trailer court, Coshocton, died Thursday, April 23, 1992, at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness.

Born July 19, 1921, in Coshocton County, she was the daughter of the late George and Carrie (Richcreek) Norris.

She retired from Newberry's in Coshocton.

She was a member of the Millfork Baptist Church.

On Nov. 25, 1944, she married Wayne L. Leas, who survives.

Other survivors include a son, Dean "Myron" Leas of West Lafayette; a daughter, Mrs. George W. (Judy) Haines of Warsaw, three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A sister is deceased.

Services are 1:30 p.m., Saturday at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Rev. John Russell officiating. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Warsaw.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and until time of service at the funeral home.
