Jacob Libey born October 21, 1844, in Indiana died Aug. 1, 1923 in
Ottawa County, KS. Married on 27May1865 Eliza Ann Gonser b: 1848/1849 in
Indiana, they moved to Iowa and then to Kansas by 1880, d: 08Sep1906 in Niles.
KS (daughter of Jacob Gonser and Mary Brown). (This is my [Susan's] line.)
Jacob and Eliza Ann had 13 children. [my records only have 12 of the 13 and a
few spouse names with your Ora Jacob # 7. One excerpt from my records reads,
"Jacob Ora Libey family moved to Iowa in 1867 and Kansas in 1870. They
finally settled in Clay Cty., Kansas."

4. My great grandfather is Ora Jacob Liby (Somewhere we dropped
the 'e' in the name. He is the 8th child.) born June 6, 1881, Idana, Clay
County, Ks. died December 13, 1966, Minneapolis, Ottawa County, KS married
August 12, 1901, to Dicy Ann Pattison. 3


Jacob married Elizabeth Ann Gonser, daughter of Jacob Gonser and Mary Brown, on 27 May 1865. (Elizabeth Ann Gonser was born about 1849 in Indiana, USA, died on 8 Sep 1906 in Niles, Kansas and was buried in Niles Cemetery, Niles, Ottawa Co., KS.)
