Rolland E. Leas COSHOCTON - Rolland Earl Leas, 87, of 125 S. 15th St., Coshocton, died Sunday, April 17, 2005, at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be Thursday, April 21, at 1 p.m. in the Fischer Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Wilbur Beaver officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday until service time.

ROLLAND LEAS COSHOCTON \endash Rolland Earl Leas, 87, of S. 15th St., died Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Sept. 21, 1917 in Coshocton County, to Bernice Perkins and John C. Leas.
He married Marilyn (Lacy) Leas on July 25, 1946.
He was a 1937 graduate of Warsaw High School. He served in the Army, ETO-NATO during World War II, with 39 months of overseas duty in the European Theater from 1941-1945.
He was the owner and operator of Leas General Store in Cooperdale for 32 years. He was a self-employed electrician and plumber, a member of the former Smith Hill United Methodist Church, the Wakatomica Masonic Lodge 108, a life member of the B.O.P. Elks Lodge 376 of Coshocton, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2040, Ohio Public Employees Association, he was a former clerk of Washington Township, and he enjoyed woodworking and carving.
He is survived by his wife, a brother, Donis (Margaret) Leas of North Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister Marcella Leas of Glenmont, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John C. Leas, Jr. and Wayne Leas, and one sister Ruth Hardesty.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with the Rev. Wilbur Beavers officiating. Burial will be at Valley View Cemetery, with graveside military rites performed by the Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, and until service time Thursday.
